Global Equipment Trading Ltd was set up over some 20 years ago initially only as a trading operation in used storage systems.This soon changed our thoughts when our clients required the assistance of our planning and assembly services which we have honed over the years.

We started in a small unit on farm premises and gradually grew into larger premises where the company has gone from strength to strength over the years. The choice of base was paramount to our development as low storage costs allowed us to maintain cheap prices in order to give our clients the best possible chance to grow also by allowing us to service their needs. We now are able to work with all of our clients to achieve outstanding savings together, thus enabling them to work and operate better than before we installed our systems, whether it is just a few bays of shelving or a multi tier mezzanine with additional racking for product storage, everybody wins!

We have relocated ourselves around the Cambridgeshire County renting larger and larger premises taking over similar local businesses gradually growing until we found and purchased our own 10 acre site in Ellington, Cambridgeshire.

Over the years we have tried and tested many products, carried out very different sorts of operations such as project managed the clearance and demolition of a 63 unit shopping mall through to complete specification and supply of materials for new builds. Our real speciality is to specify and supply to clients budgets, we always carry large stocks that have been bought in bulk to allow us to pass on savings that we make when purchasing products to the end user. The main sorts of used storage equipment that we stock are as follows, shelving, long span shelving, pallet racking and mezzanine floors.
